I am having to re home my beautiful boy to an experience owner of husky's, I've only had him a month myself and always having big dogs (German shepherds and husky's) in the family I thought I would be able to work with him unfortunately not as he is a typical husky that needs a lot of training, he does like to open doors and has escaped a couple of times he does not seem happy even though I walk/run him alot and take him everywhere in the car with me, he is absolutely brilliant with children but it's seems that when it gets a bit noisy that's when he escapes so a quite home would be perfect for him he is would 2 other dogs and gets on perfect with them, please only experience people to contact me Read More

DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH HUSKIES. Our dog is in need of a forever home with someone who has experience with huskies. We have recently found out that we are his fourth owner and I want his next home, to be his home for life! Someone who is at home for most of the day is required, as he does not like to be left alone as he suffers with anxiety. He can't be left to roam around the house when no one is home as we have found out the hard way. He does not like to be left in a crate either, but may be more willing to stay in a crate if he had other dogs for company? But someone with a kennel and other dogs would be beneficial. This is very hard to have to rehome him as he is very loved!! but I don't think we have the time or experience which is required for our much loved pooch. Looking for a living retirement home for this beautiful boy Husky x Malamute

I'm desperately looking for a happy retirement home from my huskamute, he is such a good boy in the house I can't fault him, he just chills out all day, when we go for a walk (every morning) if I let him off the lead I muzzle him as he isn't happy with other male dogs, just likes females. He really is a gem, acts like a four year old when out and about but you wouldn't know u had him in your house when home. The only reason I'm looking for a perfect retirement home is because my male bully has really taking a disliking to him and he is always trying to dominate him causing fight and it's not Kyles fault he just wants to be left in peace. He is the perfect gent. I would love him to go to an older person who is still very active and he will get out and about on his walks etc and will have company at home. He is a house dog. Would b fine with a female once introduced, he is neutered. I would like to stay in touch to make sure he settles properly and I'm happy for any trial periods as I don't want him passed around. GSD X Husky for rehoming: experienced breed handler only

I am sadly rehoming my lovely GSD Husky, Charlie, due to a change in circumstances. He is 1-2 years old, house trained and neutered. Charlie is initially very nervous when meeting strangers and due to this will growl when he meets new people. He is the type of dog that likes to approach people rather than the other way around. Off the lead he is great and has fantastic recall, happily sniffs around other dogs but can't stand cats. He currently lives with myself and my four year old and he isn't bothered by him at all, but for sensibilitys sake it would be better if he were rehomed with older children. Charlie is a very active dog so needs owners who can walk him for a minimum of an hour a day. At night he will quite happily sleep in his basket which he likes chewing.
