Good solid boat. She is a sloop rig with roller boom reefing, mainsail and headsail. It has 4 berths - 1 double and 2 single. Includes burner gas cooker, sink and icebox, heads and manual water system, speed log, echo sounder, VHF, barometer and navigation lights. Also has a solar panel, CQR anchor with chain and warp, fenders, boat hook, life jackets, life buoy, safety harness, boarding ladder and bilge pumps. She has 5 ft 11 headroom. The boat has been on the hard for the last 2 years and will need antifouling and general maintenance.

One of the best Hurley 22's available and possibly the best! 'Rochelle' has always been regularily maintained by me and previous owners and has spent nearly all of her life in Cornwall. She has just been polished and antifouled for this season and is ready to sail with no outstanding issues or repairs needed. Currently on a pontoon berth in Premier Falmouth Marina. The berth could be transfered if required. Before launching in May 'Rochelle' had 2 new batteries fitted, new through hull log transducer and new galley waste skin fitting changed. Along with normal annual engine service, antifouling and hull/deck polish. 'Rochelle' is a very safe and forgiving yacht and as such is ideal for the novice/learner sailer. I had the mast stepped and rigging inspected by a rigger in April 15 and all was found to be good. She has a Mainsail, Furling genoa (recut and new UVstrip fitted ) spinaker and pole. She comes with beaching legs so drying out is no problem, Cobra DSC vhf radio, Garmin 72 GPS, Nasa Clipper log, Nasa clipper depth, Autohelm autopilot, Tricolour at masthead and a steaming light. Stereo and Plastimo compass. Manual and automatic bilge pumps, 20lb CQR anchor with 10m chain and 25m of warp. Mains shore power. Accommodation offers 4 berths, bow double that can be curtained off and 2 quarter berths. A Jabsco marine sea toilet sits under the forward part of the double berth. The through hull outlet seacock was replaced in . All the interior cushions have new foam and upholstery fitted in and have never been slept on. YANMAR 1GM10 8HP ENGINE.

This little engine came with my sloop and was never fitted. It comes complete with starter motor, alternator, wiring loom and small ignition and starter panel. It has its four mounting brackets and had been newly serviced. However that was over three years ago and this little engine has languished in my garage since then. As you will see from the label it is an 8 hp slow rev motor designed to run forever. My sloop was sold and the engine wasn't required and my wife has given me an ultimatum "it goes or I do" It makes sense that it gets the chance to get back on the water doing what it does best.
