Hunter Herald 14 multifuel boiler stove single door

This boiler stove was used to feed up to 14 radiators. There is now a small hole in the wrap-around boiler. It might be possible to repair this if someone was very clever at welding. The stove is complete with grate bars, ash tray and riddling handle. The glass in the single door with no cross beams has no cracks but some soot marks. Hunter Herald 80B multifuel stove in good working order,

In good working order, this stove, which we plumbed into our central heating system, has been very efficient and economical over the past 10 years. We have burned wood primarily and due to its generous width, have been able to use quite long logs. In winter months, we have been able to keep the same fire going for several days with minimal effort. Nothing has gone wrong with the stove at all and it has been used a lot! A Rayburn woodburner/cooker of a certain age. Pretty much everyone knows what these are & what they do so I shan't bother bigging them up. This one was purchased some years ago with the intention of getting it fitted soonest, since that time we've decided that we don't actually need it & it needs re-homing. This beautiful item could be described as 'having seen a bit of life' and 'in need of some TLC'. Having said that the fire-bricks seem solid enough & I can't see any holes inside.
