Purchased in October to try and move my Mum from Sky. She resisted the change and as the unit is in perfect working order but "used", Curry's will not take it back. The box was plugged in and operational for approximately 48 hours. Original receipt is in the box. The TV guide and record and playback functions are very similar to Sky, so I found it very easy to get operational and schedule recordings etc. Very easy to set up too.
