HUMAX HDRS White - Freesat+ HD with Freetime Recorder - 500GB Hard Drive
Purchased in October to try and move my Mum from Sky. She resisted the change and as the unit is in perfect working order but "used", Curry's will not take it back. The box was plugged in and operational for approximately 48 hours. Original receipt is in the box. The TV guide and record and playback functions are very similar to Sky, so I found it very easy to get operational and schedule recordings etc. Very easy to set up too. Attach the satellites feed cables (2 required for recording one channel and watching another - as Sky), connect to the TV using the supplied HDMI cable, plug it in and switch it on! The unit cost Ā£. I would like to get close to that sum as the unit is effectively brand new, however will consider offers around Ā£. It's a Freesat+, so requires you to have a dish etc. What else might you like to know (full details can be found online as this is a current product) however; - 500GB Hard drive (approx 250 hours of SD TV and 125 of HD) - Built in Wi-Fi - connect to your home network - On demand via Wi-Fi (BBC iPlayer, ITV player, Channel 4, 5, You tube etc etc) - 200+ free channels including 11 HD channels - Catch up TV on 25 channels - watch TV from the last 7 days using the "Freetime" TV guide - Pause, Record & Rewind live TV - Record when you're out using the Freesat App - Use the Humax portal to access additional applications (Online required) - Low power consumption (under 0.5w in standby) - Dolby digital plus and AD compatible Ad ID:
