The chair is recently purchased from a second hand dealer on a famous auction site so newly reupholstered and little to no use since purchase. No marks on the upholstery and as far as I can see the metal has no noticeable marks either. The chair is perfect for those who like to recline as they work/ game but, full disclosure, sitting up it does lack support unless you are a lighter individual (15st here and just a tad to heavy for it to properly support me sat up) in which case the tension of the back rest is sufficient to provide support. As you cannot take the chair apart postage is problematic hence the collection/ drop off in the South West.
