Requires serial connection (not USB compatible) to PC and drivers are for windows XP. For Sale HP DesignJet 430 A1 Plotter/Printer

Here I have for sale my HP DesignJet 430 plotter which I have owned from new (originally cost £)and which has been working fine until the most recent Windows 10 update which stopped it accepting my files. Since I bought it it has only broken down once and that was the belt which was quickly replaced. These are incredibly reliable and produce 100% accurate prints from various file formats. 600 x 600 dpi and this has the extended memory module allowing for faster printing. It was originally used on Windows 7 and still did when Windows 10 was first installed but something in latest update prevented it from accepting any files so is in effect a large brick on the shelf as I do not run Windows 7 on any computer. It prints monochrome or grey scale on any size paper from A1 down to A4 and comes with over 100 sheets of A1 and around 150 sheets or more of A2 printing paper. A cartridge (needs a new one) lasts me about 9 months in my architectural office. Ideal as a first plotter or to proof drawings before sending out to any repro centre. Parts widely available and can be converted to print in colour (at cost) if ever wanted. It is in immaculate clean condition and will come with a custom made shelf (see picture) that I made including the strong brackets for wall mounting - it is very heavy. I am looking at around £175 for it and it will need collection as delivery would be expensive as it needs two people to lift it and delivery could damage it easily if not carefully handled. It measures 103cm long x 32cm high x 26cm deep. Weighs 26 kg. Works with AutoCAD, Microstation, FastCAD, Vectorworks and many more CAD packages. Can also be used as a network printer.
