Duresta Lansdowne luxury hand made howard style sofa for sale or swap for smaller sized one, This is a simply stunning Duresta luxury hand made Lansdowne three seater sofa measuring 209cm L x 107cm D x 90cm H including the back cushions. The fabric is called Richmond stripe/ porcelain, (please see the Duresta website for more details) It is a vanilla subtly striped fabric, the stripe being what I would call buttermilk, it has matching arm covers/protectors that can be removed, these have always been in place so the actual sofa arms are immaculate, the arm covers and seating cushions could do with a light clean as there are some minor surface marks in line with use. There is some damage to underside fabric of the sofa, please see last photo, this of course is unseen when the sofa is in situ. We are a smoke free home. The label batch number is intact. We are very reluctantly & sadly having to part with it as it is simply too large for our small room:(PLEASE NOTE: This is a very heavy sofa and will need two strong people to move it. Working condition, Fitted with a Honda G300 engine, 5.2 Kw Tyres in near new condition. I have had this a few years on an allotment, it was used a few times a year then stored inside a dry shed. Recently gave up the allotment so I no longer have use for it. The wheels drive separately from the tines. The handle bar height is adjustable and can be set to the left, center, or right. When I first had it I did some renovation. I replaced the wheel shaft bushes and oil seals, replaced the drive chain, cut and fitted a gasket for the chain box, replaced the tyres. I have some spare chain, howard orange paint, a set of gaskets, a parts list and manual. New drive belt (V belt) fitted, see picture I will accept a sensible offer. Read More
