Hotpoint were going to fix it but as they didn't meet the deadline set by the insurers they paid us out instead so it'll be good for someone with the knowledge to put it back together as it's just over a year old and still retails for over £500 in some places, or for spare parts. Not sure what the exact damage is but I know the concrete block will need replacing and various other parts located under the machine.
