Mother cat in need of rural location

We found a family of cats behind our bins on 8th July at our leisure centre in Bournemouth. These were originally dumped and abandoned in a box at Tesco. The kittens all have homes now but I cannot find somewhere for the mother. She has been neutered and RSPCA say she would be happiest in stables or at a barn. It was all arranged for today and at the last minute I was let down. Please can someone help? She will be microchipped and of course free. After what has happened to her she deserves so much love. Beautiful rural picture in Carnforth

This lovely rural picture is a real eye catcher. Don't know anything about it but was offered £ a few years ago. Cannot make out its signature exactly who the artist is. But I don't think the frame is the original frame. Whoever buys it will need to get a professional cleaner to bring up its original vibrant colours, I dare not even try to clean it.
