I am selling my son's male Horsefield(Russian) Tortoise as he has lost interest.He is a very friendly tortoise and likes to be tickled under the chin and enjoys wandering around the house or garden It is absolutely essential he goes to a good home preferably with a knowledge of tortoises. He is a very good climber and very quick(you must keep a close eye on him if he is outdoors). I keep him indoors during the winter in a tortoise table which is available to be sold with him and comes with a heat lamp,UVA/UVB basking lamp and little house which he likes to sleep in. I have a safe tortoise outdoor enclosure which can be purchased separately if desired. I usually hibernate him using the fridge method during the winter but he can also stay awake.
