Very large newly fitted living approx. 10' x 8' x 8' with all new appliances including pop up electric plugs, black sparkle worktop, black glass topped gas hob and high gloss brilliant white units with white leather look upholstery and modern black/white flooring. Hook up, new leisure battery and reliable generator also included in the sale.   Ample space for additional appliances if required. This lorry has lots of storage inside and out and has a good sized cut through with a large Luton and will sleep at least 3+ people comfortably. Toilet area is fully lined, with lighting and toilet.   Horse area is very sturdy, light and airy and is stalled for 3 - 10' x 8' x 8' - so will take big horses.   It is rubber lined and kick boarded throughout with a rubber covered ramp and fully lighted. The cab has seating for 3, all of which is in excellent order. Failed mot on break system but dont use it enough to spend the cost onit to not get use out of it. Problem with breaks because its sat not doing anything. Absolutely stunning palomino pintaloosa mare, 8 years old, nicely put together, moves well. Registered part-bred Welsh approx hh. Mare has had really rough past and is very nervous still. She will not be caught in a field but will always follow other horses in and can be caught once in stable. She may go backwards with someone new until gets to know them. Only suitable as broodmare or companion. Has been an excellent mum. Foal is same size as Mum now and is coming 6 months old. She is by a licenced, well bred Welsh C stallion to make approx hh. She is not yet handled. Is currently tri-coloured, darker than shown in photos and may spot out in time also. Will make a super WHP in future and would show in the meantime. This is a heart breaking sale due to unforseen circumstances Gem is a 10 year old Welsh section b 12,2, passports. 2 weeks ago she had a colt foal. (Perfect pony was in fact in foal). Gem is a sweet natured mare, good for the farrier, good to load, good for the dentist, will stand to be groomed for hours etc. Gem is very good on the lead rein she is also blind in one eye which doesn't affect her in any way. She is my 4 year old daughters pride and joy but her having a foal wasn't part of the plan. Her colt is a gorgeous little boy who is very confident.
