Tanalised treatment is a lifetime preservative treatment. We offer pressure treated summerhouses and other garden buildings. The preservative is forced into the timber under pressure and penetrates below the surface, whereas all other treatments apply a coat of stain to the surface of the timber only. Pressure treatment is almost colourless except for a slight green tint caused by the copper content in the preservative. No further treatment is ever needed but if you want a coloured finish you can paint over pressure treated timber with normal wood preservative in any colour.                                                                                       PAYMENT; All buildings require a deposit in order for us to proceed with your order. Payment is accepted through Pay Pal, BACS, or personal cheque. All balance outstanding payments need to be clear prior to delivery.                                                     Delivery? Delivery lead times are shown in working days Monday to Friday with in 5 Weeks. Once a delivery date has been confirmed, this may change due to unforeseen circumstances, works breakdown, transport breakdown, etc, if you are having your building fitted by an independent company it is advisable to wait until delivery has been carried out before arranging this work. When ordering a building consideration must be given to the access required, any delivery only will be to kerb side only, however if we are fitting the building a minimum of 8’ head clearance may be required for certain buildings to gain access to the base. If access is restricted please let us know before the order. It is the customer responsibility to provide reasonable unobstructed access for the delivery/or fitting to take place. Where this is not the case and access makes it impossible for us to deliver/or fit the building, it will be left at the nearest point to the property for the customer to handle, if the customer requests a return visit this will be subject to an additional and this may increase depending on the distance travelled. Timber is natural material and is subject to climate changes including warping and splitting particulary in extremes of temeprature. This process is natural and beyond our control and is not covered by a guarantee.
