Looking to share a horse with brakes and sensible safe horse,I just want a horse to do bit riding in the school or some hacking out. Part share: 15.2 gelding 10 years old to share. To stay at current field in Denham near Eye. Genuine, kind and very loving, Toby is a lovely safe and gentle hack. He has done low level competition but is not a competition horse. Would suit someone who would like to go for a few hacks a week and maybe the odd trip to Topthorn for a bit of 70cm showjumping. He is a real gem and a personality. He lives with our other horse who gets out more to competitions and does more work so Toby needs a bit more action. He's fine to go out on is own and although forward going is snaffle mouthed and easy and enjoyable to ride. He is not spooky and is fine in traffic. There is plenty of off road/minor road hacking around. He is available all week and every other weekend to ride. Riding out with the other horse may be possible if timings suit. Toby is happy to just get out and needs someone of about 12 stone or under to brighten up his week as my time is limited. If you would like to come and see him, please give me a call. Needs an experienced rider as likes to take off in an open field! Perfect on roads, alone or with others. Absolutely 99% in every way apart from likes a gallop!!!!!! Good with farrier, dentist, heavy traffic. I don't ride him enough....therefore when he's out he wants to gallop off and come home. Ideally would like experienced older person (not girl racer) who wants a happy hacker. He is fab to take out on a summers day and will walk through the heaviest traffic but needs to do it regularly and I don't have time. I don't want someone who will get on him and gallop through fields and then expect him NOT too next time he's out. If you want to share him I will expect you to have some lessons with my parklands instructor for a few months first to check we all happy! If we are we can share him?!
