Homeless cat needs a good home!

Hi all We essentially have an 11-year-old male cat needing a good home, preferably without other pets. Here is the full story: We first saw him around our neighbourhood a few months ago, he was very friendly and we assumed he was a neighbour’s cat. He took a liking to us some time ago and was sleeping in and around my house for the past three weeks, eventually, after he was meowing constantly at our doorstep, we decided to take him to the vets. He is very friendly, calm and loving- just walked straight into the pet carrier! He was microchipped- however; it turns out his owner had essentially thrown him to the streets after he didn't get on with the other cats. We have a male adult cat so we can't take him, he is currently being looked after at the vets. We are looking to rehome him. He is 11 years old and needs someone (without any pets) who can put in the time and commitment to sort him out - get his vaccinations up to date, worm him etc- as far as the vets can tell he is in good health though so I think it’s the basic healthcare costs that any cat would need. Cassie is an alcation Colley cross and is 9 years old. My two children gre up with her and they are now 9 and 4 years old she is wonderful around them and other children. I have a Jack Russel she is a year and a half old I got her before I became pregnant with my daughter, unfortunately I've came to the decision to have her re homed as I'm finding it difficult to walk her and look after her and it's not fair.
