From early Shamanic practice in my teenage years to 16 years of Vajrayana Buddhist, I am deeply rooted in positive spiritual traditions. I have spent time both in the UK and a significant time in India learning basic principles of different approaches to holistic healing. In the past, I have worked closely with a Chinese Medicine practitioner and developed an understanding of their system. I use herbs throughout my life to enhance health, diet, and of course meditation, yoga and a positive intention to bring as much benefit to others as possible. Depending on the needs of each client, programmes can be adapted and can include astrology, some forms of divination, and significant cleansing activities. Most important is the intention of the client - this is the first factor that needs to be discussed and clarified. Where do you want to go? How do you want to evolve?
