A lovely wall mounted fire to take off any chill and a rather large TV for entertainment. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal as at home (even a slimline dishwasher!) along with a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a washing machine for additional convenience in this unit!The decking area is of a very large size and has absolutely out of this world views from its elevated position.The patio style doors open up from the lounge area to go straight out onto the decking where you can soak it all up!There is a main bathroom with a full size bath for complete relaxation.The Master bedroom has the added luxury or an en suite with substantial power shower, a walk in closet for oodles of storage space and the all important comfortable double bed.The twin bedroom has full sized single beds and again a walk in closet for masses of storage space.The views from this position are breath taking, stunning sunsets can be seen right here overlooking the Irish Sea.The complex has a multitude of entertainment. This is our family, privately owned, 4 berth, 2 bedroom caravan for hire on a fully equipped Haven Holiday Park. There is 2 airbeds and a pump which can be set up in the lounge allowing 6 berth if necessary. The caravan is situated close to all amenities at the main complex - 3 rows away. The caravan comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite WC and wash basin and a twin bedroom. There is a portable television in the twin bedroom. The main bathroom includes WC, washbasin & Shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas oven and hob, extractor fan and fridge with integrated freezer. Within the lounge there is 2 leather sofas - a 3 seater and a 2 seater and a 32" television. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. There is an ironing board and upright vacuum. The caravan is double glazed, central heated, outdoor furniture with 4 chairs and a barbeque. Gas & Electricity included. No smoking or pets allowed.
