Holbaek + Jensen for EVA SOLO Tea maker and two iittala
Tea maker by Eva Solo of DenmarkDesigner: Holbaek + JensenTea is "slow": a drink to enjoy and savour. The Eva Solo tea brewer focuses on this enjoyment. You can make tea in two different ways depending on whether you like tea with or without tannin. The jug features a patented filter system which guarantees the best result. Herbal tea leaves are tipped directly into the flask so the tea can infuse optimally, and the leaves are then strained off automatically when pouring. Alternatively, tea leaves with tannin are placed in the filter holder and, once brewed, the plunger is fully depressed, thereby stopping the brewing process. It is also possible to make half a jug as the filter extends right down to the bottom. The Eva Solo tea brewer also belongs to family of drip-free jugs and flasks which in the past couple of years have won a host of international design prizes. In keeping with the other jugs and flasks, the tea brewer features a drip-free pouring lip and a flip-top lid which opens automatically when pouring. The neoprene cover keeps the tea hot while emphasising the beautiful, rounded shape of the flask. Two HotCool glasses by iittala of FinlandDesigner: Bjrn DahlstrmHotCool represents the degrees of thought that takes the end user into account.
