Hobby prestige ft long and 8ft wide caravan, It is an excellent family van as there is so much space! Unlike most hobbys this has on board water tank, kitchen sink, shower and vanity unit. Last year we spent a small fortune doing the caravan up, it has had the fire taken out and replaced with a log effect electric fire, custom built bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, new curtains throughout the van, black sparkling vinyl over all the work surfaces, throws made for over the sofas and new wood flooring. It has plenty of over head and under seat/bed storage, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 3 ring hob and stainless sink, a fixed king size bed, thetford cassette toilet and working shower, the bedroom has privacy screen and we put curtains up around the bunks for when the children were in bed. Previous owners replaced the bathroom window and put plastic sheeting up on the bathroom wall, I'm guessing so they could use the shower? This has been the best caravan I have owned! European vans seem to be better built, This is a very sad sale! We have had many fantastic holidays with it. And I am only selling as I have moved to the coast so it is only being used as a spare bedroom for when family stay over. Fantastic family van, 6 berth (we had 7 berth with a small child's bed on the small dinette at the back). This is excellent, great condition caravan with plenty of storage for the family. Consists of fixed bunk bed to the rear with small side dinette. Large cupboard with floor to ceiling shelves. Bottom bunk lifts right up to make a large floor space to play in.  Sliding door creates separate children's bedroom. To the middle is a fixed double bed, with water tank and storage underneath. Also double hanging wardrobe plus another shelving cupboard. Heater - we have a changed this to an electric truma heater (just for personal preferance with the children) Kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment.  There is a fitted microwave. We also had a plug in electric oven stored in one of the cupboards which can be included. Large seating area to the front that converts into a double bed.  Toilet / bathroom towards the front of the caravan. The caravan has been serviced every year and will include all relevant documentation. There was a slight bit of damp in the wardrobe where the ventilation pipe was letting in rain from the roof, this has been fixed and percentage has decreased. There is also some damp on the inside of the external door for the storage under the bed, due to me not closing properly.  This can be refilled if needed, the door itself is fine. I can send pictures of the reports of you message. This is in excellent condition, we will be sad to see it go but we are just changing for a different layout. Read More
