Hobby720 Prestige. Twin axle, 30ft in length. 5 berth, fully wet caravan with kitchen sink, shower, cassette toilet and sink in bathroom. This hobby is really inexcellent condition we have used it for many a holiday with the grand children it is wider than a standard English caravan and longer.It is still legal to tow not that I have done this. There is a huge king size bed fixed in the front with sliding divider from rest of van. U shaped lounge in the rear that converts to a large double or 2 singles. Opposite kitchen there is a table and 4 seats which converts into a single bed with a divider around it. There is a fridge, 2 burner hob, microwave and sink with hot and cold water. It has a large double wardrobe. Plenty of high level cupboards. There is a large skylight in the kitchen area that slides back and allows access to the roof. There is a large table in the lounge area, gas fire warm blown air heating. Full awning, large external storage compartments – T.V. and ? aeriel plus plenty of extras. W have kept the Hobby on a site in Wareham, Dorset, where there are various options of seasonal pitches, winter storage, all year storage, tow in and out to pitch. This is a lovely site which includes a children’s play area, shop, shower blocks, games room etc. The site is in the Wareham Forest with lovely walks all around. We will be at the site on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and also Thursday morning so viewing is welcome. Tel, Signal is not great on the site so leave a text message if you can’t get through. ACE ARISTOCRAT BERTH We have owned this for nearly 4 years now. Only selling due to being to big for us now. Used or rallies so everything is set up for 12v and gas usage. Large king size at front as usual. Side dinette that converts to bunks and fixed bunks (top bunk has window). Large rear bathroom, manual flush toilet, cubical shower and very large wardrobe. Removable carpets with vinyl under. Comes with alko stabiliser and hitch lock, water hog and waste hog. Since we have owned the van we have replaced the rear end of the van due to a leak when we purchased. Have the photos of the work, also took off front windows and re sealed. Few spots on front side panel, it has been like this since we brought and has never got any worse so we have just left it. Water heater doesn't work on electric just needs a new element fitting but never bothered us as used gas to heat water. Fridge works 3 ways and so does the blow air heater and fire. All the lights have been changed to 12v LED blubs. External BBQ point and external socket. Tyres changed a couple of years ago.
