Caravan in excellent condition With brand new leisure battery, Fresh water tub and waste water tub, Will also include 2 x brand new gas bottles both full To the rear of this caravan is a large end washroom/dressing room.  This consists of a Thetford swivel cassette toilet with electric flush, sink with vanity unit, and mirror over, and a separate shower cubicle.  You have a wall cabinet and shelves for storage, and a mini roof light to help with ventilation, and let natural light in.  Moving out of this area, you come to the bedroom.  Here you have a fixed double bed, with space underneath for storage.  This can be accessed either inside the van, or via an outside storage locker.  There is a good size wardrobe with single hanging rail and shelves for storage, also overhead lockers.  You have a 240v electric socket fitted by low level corner shelves.  There is also a midi roof light to let natural daylight in.  A venetian blind is available, to close the hatch between the bedroom and saloon, blocking the TV off.  You also have a concertina screen that can be used to offer privacy to sleeping occupants, and to give an en-suite arrangement. Moving towards the front of this caravan is the kitchen.  This comprises of a Stoves domestic style oven and grill, a 3 burner gas hob and electric hotplate with a flush fitting glass lid, microwave, Thetford fridge with full width ice compartment, midi roof light to help with ventilation, a 240v electric socket, and a recessed sink with detachable drainer.  You have a range of cupboards and overhead lockers for all you storage needs. Opposite the kitchen is a small sideboard, which houses the heater.  Fitted here is a 240v electric socket, 12v electric socket and aerial point for siting your TV.  Your TV can then either be faced towards the saloon, or towards the bedroom.
