This Bareback pad was used on several occasions to get my youngster accustomed to having a girth in situ.  I used the Bareback simply to sit on the youngster and nothing more and she was not at all worried about the experience.  It is much lighter than a saddle and has no stirrups and was used to give my youngster a feel of things to come using a saddle. This bareback pad is beautifully made and super soft for horse and rider and the underneath is soft rubber so didn't slip.  The bareback pad has two thick straps either side which measure 21" in length each  The girth itself measures 25" from buckle to buckle in length The widest part of the bareback pad is 32" across the wither area. It should therefore fit a range of horses. No longer required as it has done what is was intended for. Excellent, clean condition labels still attached.

Western Hilason flex-tree Saddle

Bought this lovely Flex-tree Hilason saddle when I was over in America, unfortunately it doesn't fit my horse and has literally been used a handful of times, no more than 3/4 times as you can see by how clean the synthetic wool is underneath, almost as new. As much as I don't want to part with it, I can't see it sat in the tack room as an ornament! Really comfortable 17.5" seat, with a roughly 25" length square skirt. 14" Saddle Pad / Show Pony Pad like the Thorn Pad New Con.

I am considering selling my beautiful brown saddle pad. The pad is 14" and features knee and thigh blocks like the thorn deluxe plus pad! (better photos to come these are just the ones I had to hand). Ideal for round, flat backed native ponies and can be switched from one pony to another. This pad is in near new condition and has only been used once to be tried by my daughter, however I feel that my daughter and her pony could both do with the 15" pad as the ponies back and my daughter are both longer than I imagined!
