This bed comes with both mattresses, it has been used and I have taken a photo of where a screw has pushed through a little bit. Other than that is in good condition. Wooden ladder to a single (but spacious) top bunk, corner computer desk, single wardrobe with hanging rail, single futon chair that converts to a single bed on the bottom, three book shelves and a large drawer with two compartments for storage under the futon. The measurements are as follows: single door wardrobe which is 140cm high x 50 x 50cm desk - 73cm high desk with a curved 90cm deep x 67cm wide work area. height 182cm to the top of the bed. The base bed, takes a full 3 ft (200 x 90cm x 15cm) mattress The base bed has a giant pullout drawer underneath with 2 big sections each approx 72cm wide x 40cm deep x 20cm tall. You would need to come and take it apart and take it away, a van will be needed. You won't have to take the whole thing apart, it can be taken apart into 3 or four pieces, an electric drill will be handy!
