High Gear Oasis 8 Premium Family Tent

This is our family tent that we have only used a couple of times. It is a superb tent in its size and space. We are selling it due to a small rip in the fabric which can be seen in one of the pictures. However this can easily be repaired and doesn't effect the use of the tent. We just brought a new one so this one is now up for sale. I have put a link to YouTube which shows the full tent inside and out. It is all bagged up and ready to go. But very heavy and in 2 bags. Sunncamp APS Plus, 6 person family frame tent. Good condition, High Quality.

Sunncamp APS tent. This is a very large family-sized pole tent. It is very good quality & highly waterproof. It has had about 6 weeks use in total. It is 10 years old but has been in storage for most of that time. It has a few wee signs of use (e.g. small hole in window mesh, one tab missing from bedroom pod) but is generally in very good condition. The silver paint has flaked from some of the poles but they are mostly fine. A couple of the springs which helpfully keep the pole sections together in storage have broken but this does not affect the structural integrity. It cost around £550 at the time and was top of the range. It has some very thoughtful features e.g. pockets in the bedroom pods and living area, roof vent, mesh vents in bedrooms & double doors on bedrooms; mesh or opaque nylon. It is arranged as 3 bedroom pods, each of which will which sleep 2 people, off of a 3m x 3m central square living area. Then there is an additional 3m x 2m "porch" area which is great for cooking/eating. Good, sturdy design, It has withstood gales on Harris, when other tents were blown away. The fabric is still in excellent condition as are the taped seams. It had the highest rating for "hydrostatic head" of water (waterproofness) at the time, but I can't remember the numbers. Overall it has some signs of age and minor damage but still has years of use left in it. It is also great as a garden marquee for parties, BBQ etc. If you can see this ad, its still for sale.
