Mostly excellent condition. There's a very small damage to one of the Velcro-up curtains in main tent. We think it may have been a manufacturing fault that we never noticed to begin with as it looks like a small melt but we've never had any heat in the tent so believe it was there originally. I have a tent for sale which has only been used for one camping trip. It sleeps 8, has 2 x 2 bedroom compartments which goes each end of the tent leaving a nice space in the middle. Has handy storage pockets also. Comes with a ground sheet and instructions. In very good condition, was put away dry and has been in the storage bags they came with and stored in a loft and a garage this last year. Put up yesterday just to check condition and take pictures.

KALAHARI 8 man tent + porch

Originally purchased a few years ago and used a few times, the tent is in good condition and does not leak. It's really spacious inside with fully sealed ground sheet. It is really simple and easy to put up in about 20mins or so with 2 people. One of the zips on the doors/entrances is bust but this has never been a problem due to the porch covering it.
