Hi-Gear Kalahari 8-man tent plus Porch

Hi-Gear Kalahari 8-man tent bought new 3 years ago. During this time we have only used the tent 4 times. No smoking family and at the time no pets (we have a dog now but never stayed in the tent). The full spec can be found on the Go Outdoors website but precisely it is: mm hydro head, weight 24.4kg, sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 or 2 separate compartments. There is also a large central area where an adult can easily stand up. There are 2 entrance doors and the zip to one is broken (the door can still be sealed, its the zip to the net that is broken). This is a big tent so only really suitable for use over a couple of days or more. Also included is the Kalahari porch. A really useful add-on to give additional space. We found it an ideal utility room in which to place the cooker, table, food etc. Cooking inside the tent is not advisable. Currently retails for £437. This is a large, high quality family tent. The tent is extremely sturdy tent and would withstand strong winds and heavy rain. It is a top quality tent in prime condition. The tent consists of a large communal area at the front, with a large opening. On one side there are a porch extension area, which can be used for additional storage, or as a side entrance. The other side has an additional side entrance. At the back of the tent is a removable bedroom area. The bedroom can be divided in to 2 completely separate rooms, or kept together as one large room. One half of the bedroom can even be partially detached so that it can be rolled away for additional communal area space. The tent has a built in ground sheet and the porch has a removable ground sheet. The tent HAS BEEN USED ONCE ONLY so is in excellent condition. It is clean, comes with all pegs, guy ropes and poles. There is a small hole towards the bottom of the front door (see pictures) which can easily be patched. The tent bag is not the original as we accidentally damaged the zip on the original.
