Ashurst Beacon.... stable name is Ace... Foaled 13th of Feb year old with a wise head on his shoulders. Sire: Avonbridge Dam: Espagnolette Eligible for ROR 1st and 4th in young stock and ROR. Ace has had the winter off after coming off the track October time last year, retired sound. Has started jumping in the past couple of weeks. Good to load, farrier, tack up etc. No vices. This is a very sad sale of our 17.1 ex-racehorse. He hasn't been ridden for approximately 2 years so is being sold as a companion or project straight from the field. hh Bay TB Gelding 10yrs in Doncaster

Very handsome TB gelding, 10 years old, has raced and is ROR eligible. Hacks out in any traffic, never bats an eyelid - I have ridden this horse down an industrial estate and he didn't notice! Will hack alone or with company with no issues. His schooling does need work, he is fabulous in walk and trot, just needs strengthening and balancing to get his canter correct. I have taken him to a few dressage tests and he is always placed. Has a great jump on him and has successfully competed SJ in the past however this has not been my focus with him. He is a truly lovely horse who always tries his best to please, only for sale due to my increasing work commitments following finishing my degree and I am struggling to do justice to two horses. Has been seen to windsuck in his stable, but not frequently and never caused him a problem. He will come with all his tack and rugs.

Alfie 15.2hh Fresian x TB between 5-7years old Dark brown/black Alfie is for sale as a project as he was advertised as a riding and quiet and was only unsuitable for novices because he was earshy but unfortunately that was not true. Alfie's good points: He is a beautiful boy with lovely paces, as seen through lunging. He can be very gentle in the stable and loves a cuddle Loves to be groomed and pampered Has great prospect with the right home He is a lovely character and really wants to try and please and be gentle Alfies riding history: When viewing Alfie, excuses were made about a saddle not being available and so on, so I did not see him ridden. But I was shown pictures and a very short video. When trying to ride him at current yard, he wouldn't stand at the mountain block and when getting on, I was barely in the saddle before he bolted off and bronced me off. This happened another time before I got a second opinion and it was found that at the time he had sore back but since then he has had his teeth, back, tack and feet checked and he is sound. I haven't however tried to ride him as he has shattered my confidence. Other information: Alfie can be very strong and will take advantage sometimes. He is very spooky and wary of his surroundings. He has seperation anxiety and will act up if left alone in a field or if he can not see other horses. Alfie needs an experienced, knowledgeable, forever home with someone who can give him the time, patience and dedication to take him right back to basics. It was thought that the problems that Alfie has, has been through his previous homes. Since being injured from being thrown off and just not having the knowledge, I cannot give him the home he needs. Over 21's only.

Beautiful 11yr old 16.3 hh TB mare top blood line in Brough

Gorgeous rising 12 yrs 16.3hh thoroughbred mare. Has amazing bloodlines (silver patriarch and primitive rising),has never been trained to race. This beautiful mare has done a little bit of everything: arena show cross, cross country schooling (jumping everything: water, ditches, step-ups/down and more!), dressage and hacking (Not spooky and fine in busy traffic!) however is green and hasn't done anything in great depth. She is snaffle mouthed in all disciplines and doesn't get strong. In the stable, Etty has impeccable manners, she is also very easy to handle when moving around the yard. She loads fine and will stand for the farrier, she is twitched for her back legs, which works well; she has extremely good feet. She is good for dentist. She has not needed to be clipped in the year I have owned this mare. Returning back to full fitness for summer and is NOT A NOVICE RIDE hence price, only selling as I don't have the time to bring out the best in the lovely horse due to GCSEs. She has been brought back into work, following a full recovery from minor surgery for which full records can be supplied on request, BUT DON'T LET THIS PUT YOU OFF BECAUSE this should have no affect from now.
