Seriously heartbreaking sale of our beautiful pony Meg who only deserves a 5 star home. Unfortunately and ONLY reason for sale my daughter has taken a different direction and we feel that Meg will be wasted. She has taught my daughter so much and a mothers dream. Took her to Onley show Sunday and a first and second, two beautiful double clear rounds and qualified. Stunning to show, in hand or ridden, dressage with beautiful outline. Took her xc and jumping 1m and loved the water and has a big scoping jump, never knocks a pole. She needs a confidence rider when it comes to jumping but isn't strong. Loves to hack out, alone, in front or behind, nothing phases her and my daughter who is now 11 gallops her around open fields, she can turn her around gallop back towards home, turn and go back again, so safe and a mothers dream pony. She is brilliant with Ferrier, clipping, stand all day to be groomed, bathed. Never had any illness or lame. Teeth only done may , so 12 months before next check and no issues at all. Loves her cuddles and carrots and neighs when she sees us and trots over to be fetched in so perfect to catch, currently on her own in paddock but we bought her when at a very busy yard, out with mares, fine with farm machinery, dogs etc You can leave Meg for days, two weeks when we went on holiday and exactly the same when ridden. Meet Rosie. A stunning years Appaloosa mare. She is the kindest mare you will ever come across and is never ever mareish. Schooling: Rosie has 3 lovely paces and works in a nice outline. She can sometimes be a bit speedy but nothing ever nasty. She is now training to do flying changes and is learning fast. Jumping: Rosie lives to jump!! But she can sometimes be a bit strong and quite speedy so she does a confident. She has jumped up to 1.15 meters and has successfully jumped a 70cm corse. She is speedy and quick against the clock. Showing: At shows, Rosie never puts a foot wrong. She loads on either a lorry or a trailer and falls asleep when travelling, you never hear a peep from her. Stunning All Rounder For Sale

FOR SALE - Prince, yo AES/Anglo Arab Grey Gelding, nicely bred (though not in passport) and moves beautifully. Prince is lovely to deal with on the ground, is mannerly and easy to do for the farrier/vet, bath, clip, groom, will stand all day to be groomed and will pick his feet up for you with a tap on his legs etc. He is currently barefoot, though would benefit from some shoes on. He was unfortunately purchased as a confidence giver for me and due to my confidence being knocked after a really bad riding accident in April , he is unfortunately not for me, and although he hasn't done anything wrong, he is too forward going and more of a competition horse than what I was looking for, hence the very sad sale! He is fabulous allrounder, has jumped in the past and is rhythmical and steady to a fence, and he would easily go straight out to do a Novice Dressage with very little work put into him. He has previously won 60% +! His movement certainly needs to be seen first hand to be appreciated. Deffo low level BE potential. He is forward going, quick off the leg and most certainly not a kick-along type. Has a bit about him but I wouldn't say he was quirky, he has never bucked/reared or bolted, he's just a nice allrounder (and fab dressage horse) that has been only very lightly worked over the winter so needs a bit of time spending on him but in order to get very quick results. He is great to hack alone or in company and not phazed by any traffic including big lorries, tractors, vans, trailers, motorbikes etc. He is unfortnately in his winter woollies, could do with some muscle/top-line building up and not very fit, hence the price. Very sad sale of our much loved pony Elvis as sadly outgrown by my teenage daughter. Elvis is a 14.2hh (AHC) 8 year old flashy piebald gelding. This pony loves his job and gives 100% in every discipline he attends. He is a safe bombproof pony with a temperament to die for and will turn his hoof to any activity. He excels in show jumping and would suit a younger rider wanting to gain experience and learn the ropes. Sadly outgrown, this lovely 13.3 hand pony, has taught me so much and needs someone who will take him to his full potential. Great with little kids. He’s a genuine all rounder. He can jump courses up to 85cm and probably higher with the right rider. He has a great jump and fast times. He loves jumping, farm rides and XC jumping. He would be a great hunting pony/eventing pony and even pony club or dressage pony. He’s great working on flat. Personally when I take him out showing I do the working hunter as he loves it. Roscal is great at just hacking out on roads and generally doesn’t get spooked by much. He will load onto trailer or lorry first time no problem. Great to catch and with farrier. Perfect to handle on the ground and loves a good groom. He’s had no vices and in the 5 years I’ve had him Roscals never needed the vet or had any problems. Roxy is a 16hh Warmblood x Thoroughbred mare. She is rising 9 years old but is still very green so she is ideal if you want something that knows the basics but you can put your own stamp on. Although she is not a novice ride and needs someone experienced to bring her on. She is a typical mare. Roxy has a big big scope but needs work in this aspect and she can get slightly strong when jumping but she stays snaffle mouthed in any environment. She does need a lot of work and bringing on as she has buckets of potential and with the right person she would excel in any sphere. I have hacked her in company and i have had no problems. 16 hh all rounder for share. Full livery, no yard duties. 2 flexible days per week, £150 pcm (£ per day) Maisie is suitable for a fairly competent intermediate rider or for somebody a little further on. She would suit a rider who doesn't mind getting their leg on as she is quite laid back on a general level and who is also capable of being positive and giving confidence to Maisie on windy days when she's more bouncy and on her toes. Maisie gets plenty of turn out so isn't especially sharp but she does need riding. She would be perfect for someone who has a keen interest in improving their riding in the school and who would possibly like to take advantage of the quality coaching which is available on site. Whilst Maisie does hack alone, you need to be quite positive to replace the comfort of a friend's presence. Aside from possibly topping up hay or water, there is no need for yard duties. However Maisie does love attention so any extra grooming and fuss beyond the required feet picking and brushing off sweat would be welcome. The yard is situated in Northaw and you do really need a car- there is a bus but it's not especially regular. The arena has a proper all weather surface that stands up to anything.
