This is not a horse-training manual but a people-training one. Master horseman and teacher Pat Parelli offers a philosophy he calls "Natural Horse-Man-Ship", a form of horse-human communication in which the human learns to speak "horse" to the horse. I'm a lightweight year old rider, looking for any 14.2+ that needs exercising in the Rotherham / Barnsley area and possibly Doncaster. I am willing to do any yard duties (preferably as a job) as I enjoy getting hands on and want to work with horses. I have had horses all my life and have been competing (Pony Clubs, Showjumping & Cross Country) since I was 5 - so I'm knowledgeable and experienced. I've rode ponies from 11hh to sport horses upto 17hh. I'm also willing to compete / accompany you to shows as I've recently lost my horse and now have the time to help others. I also do natural horsemanship (Parelli) and would like to also offer that as a part of my service. I do charge £10 an hour, so that can be anything from hacking, schooling, jumping, Parelli or yard duties. I do not have a car which explains why I would prefer Rotherham / Barnsley as I live on the border. I also have a dog that if possible, would be able to accompany me when visiting your yards. Beautiful soft leather hand engraved treeless saddle with adjustable sheepskin pads to fit most horses. Has been used on our New Forest pony, haflinger and 16hh thoroughbred. stirrup strap needs repair (as shown in photo) on underside of saddle but is serviceable in current condition and easily repaired.
