Lenses are acrylic or polycarbonate, in excellent condition, no scratches, and the main body is in black plastic. The main lens is in two parts, one flips up out of the way before wearing the thing if you don't need much magnification. There is a little single lens for extra magnification through one eye. Main lens magnification is x1.8 or x2.3. Viewing through the single lens is either x3.7 or x4.8. There are little battery operated lights either side if required (batteries not included).
