This is an extra strong and durable, zipped canvas bag that is the exact dimensions of a bale of hay/straw, it is 114cm long, 59cm wide and 36cm high which means it fits perfectly into the boot of a saloon, estate or SUV. This is the best quality bale bag on the market. The vehicle in the picture is my Land rover Freelander, this bag also fits into the boot of my Toyota Avensis. There are "hold-all" type handles on the top of the bag and handles on either end of the bag making lifting easier with one or two people, there are stainless steel rimmed breathing holes around the sides of the bag to stop condensation/moisture building up. This is a small hay hutch and the specs are below: Small Hay Hutch - More detail The unit is approximately 870mm diameter at the base, 650mm diameter at the lid and 650mm tall. The feed apertures are approximately 292mm (11.5") in diameter. It is conical so that, should it get knocked over, it should not roll away. Weight 15.5kg Capacity: Conventional small bale = approx. two thirds of a bale / 31lb / 14kg Quadrant big bale (more compressed) = approx. 37lb / 16.5kg This has been well used, but still plenty of life left in it! It does need a small repair in being you putting a little drill hole in the base and adding another wing nut as you can see from the picture, one wing nut has broken the plastic. I am selling 2 Shires mini hay bale bags.  We have used these only a handful of times to collect hay for our rabbits.  The only reason we are selling them is because we now only have 2 rabbits and do not get through such large quantities of hay (we did have 17 rabbits!). They are still in very good condition, although not perfect.  A couple of the eyelets (through which the drawstring is threaded) have come away, but the drawstring still works fine.  In one place I can see that one of the seams has been stressed (I have tried to show this in a photo), but this does not compromise the integrity of the bag.  It is still perfectly fit for purpose. Details about   Horse HAYBAR Hay feeder & Hay manager.

A very dusty used HAYBAR hay manager/feeder. Bought 5 years ago but only used for 6 months due to changed stabling plans.  All wall attachment points are perfect and (see third picture showing an attachment hole). The unfitted shape appears slightly warped (see second picture) but it easily pulls up straight with little effort when held against the wall (gravity alone is doing this job in the first picture). I am 100% sure this will be perfect when fitted. It was like this when we bought it new five years ago.  There is moderate scoring/rub marks to the top edge in 3 places (about 10cm in width each) and also two sections on the extreme outer edge of the inner lip of the rounded top that have been filed smooth (see fourth picture). The bar arrived with a burrs in the two filed areas and the filing was done to remove this before it was due to be fitted. I don't think it affects its performance in any way and I was happy to fit it like this to mine before my plans changed. The scoring on the upper lip is easily noticeable, but not aggressively rough. It doesn't worry me and it looks like it could be sanded smooth. The height is approximately 38" from top to bottom.  I will not post (I don't have a box big enough) but I am happy to coordinate with a courier of your choice. I am just outside Guildford in Surrey.
