The bed has been slept in only a handful of times and always with a mattress protector so the mattress is in very good condition. The footstool is in good condition with no rips, tears of marks. The mechanism to keep it open is a bit bent and therefore it is a bit hit and miss as to whether it keeps the top open (it decided not to work for the photo but annoyingly worked afterwards to put our stuff back in) Reason for sale is we have moved to a bigger house so will be looking to buy a corner sofa once this is sold. We purchased the settee for £969 with a 2 seater, we've have owned this for 3.5 years and have taken very good care of it. We take pride in preserving our things and the quality of this piece shows through. The brushed leather makes it a perfect choice for anyone who owns a pet. The approximate dimensions are as follows: Height - 100 cm Width - 215 cm Depth - 100 cm (non reclined) Depth - 170 cm (reclined) The sofa/settee separates into 6 smaller parts making collection and installation very easy. All mechanisms are in perfect working order - the only piece that is not 100% is one of the recliner handles has come off. This we have researched is a very small cost and easy to replace. Payment will only be accepted by cash on the day of collection. Please note that we will not be able to deliver or post the sofa, the lucky buyer will have to make arrangements to collect.
