Excellent condition left hand chaise corner sofa, with cuddles swivel chair and matching footstool

Bought from Harvey's Reid, this is a beautiful left hand chaise corner suite (seats 4-5) in a cream and black base with red and black patterned cushions. Accompanied by a matching swivel chair which seats two and high footstool which swivels too. The whole collection is generally in excellent condition with cushions just washed (fully removable covers and machine washable). The only small point to note is that the zip on the larger sofa cushion is burst but should be easily repaired. Pictures attached to show this. This is a very comfortable and beautiful set. I am changing decor hence new suite. Originally bought for £ and selling for £350 o.n.o. Collection only. Would consider separate selling if no offer for full suite is received. Measurements are: The corner sofa is 250cm long, the chaise is 170cm long and the seated height is 50cm. The swivel chair is 130cm at its widest and 40cm high. Excellent 3 piece suite from DFS in a beautiful mocha colour - including 3-4 seater corner sofa and cushions, swivel snuggle chair (seats 2) and large storage footstool. The material feels like a soft suede, it has been scotchgarded so stains come off easily. Extremely comfortable and plenty of room to relax for two people on the corner sofa. All pieces in good condition, from a smoke and pet free home. The sizes of each piece are in the images section - they are the corner chaise, large storage stool and swivel snuggle chair. Bought the whole suite for £ years ago, so not been used that much as we put it in secure storage back in October . It is very similar to the Freya suite that DFS currently stock. This was purchased from Furniture Village in June but not delivered to my property until November 11th as I was awaiting refurbishment to complete, so it is only 1 year old. It has rarely been used as it was kept in a luxury flat in Weybridge to help sell in show home condition. Sadly it did not fit around my new home stairs as it's a brand new build town house (narrower stairs) so we have literally just bought a new suite and this one is protected in our new garage which is spotlessly clean and warm and easily removed via the garage for anyone wishing to acquire it.
