A Lovebird in need of some good care.

I have had this lovebird and his mate for 4 months. Over the next 2 months, his mate died due to unforeseen consequences. I have lived with him and my other 3 birds for the last couple of months, but no matter my actions, he has been an absolute bully towards my other birds. He continues to harass my birds despite my actions (he tries to chase and bite the others.). Perhaps I'm just bad at keeping birds, but he has just become a major burden to my 3 other birds. As for subspecies, I'm not actually sure. If you want more pictures of him, feel free to ask. I assume he is male because when he had his mate, he was on top. He is not trained in any sense.
