THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE ONE OFF TABLE. IF YOU LIKE ORIGINALITY THEN THIS COULD BE FOR YOU. A solid oak 's - 's square coffee / occasional table which I have upcycled. I call it my "Grease Lightening" table as I took inspiration from the film Grease. It is painted in grey with bright red lightening flashes to the top and legs. Shabby chic upcycled hand painted dressing table

This is a lovely vintage piece of Lebus furniture which was sorely in need of some love and attention. It has been sanded,filled,cleaned and primed. It has had several coats of valspar eggshell paint, first in carousel purple and then in bottlefly wings which is a pale grey. It has then been carefully distressed to allow the lilac colour and the wood to come through. French style decals were then applied to the piece.Finally I have used polyvine wax finish varnish dead flat finish which will not yellow and gives the effect of waxing but with the protection of varnish. The mirror has been removed, the fittings resilvered and beautiful ceramic and beaded handles in the form of lilacs have been fitted. Inside the drawers have been lined with a Parisienne themed paper and this too has been sealed to ensure a wipe clean surface. For measurements see item specifics. This would be lovely in a bedroom but could equally be used as a display item in a shop /shop window From a smoke free home
