I am selling this hand made sofa from Raft Furniture made in their factory in London. This particular sofa is a bespoke Lincoln Corner Unit, and Raft have quoted £ for the same sofa earlier this month. It is about 5 years old but still is in good condition, which speaks to its quality. I have also upgraded the internal of the seat cushions at a cost of £400 about 18 months ago. Naturally there are some signs of wear and tear with some minor stains. It is very comfortable to sit on and easily fits 4 people. It comes in two pieces and therefore can be easily transported. Measurements: 275cm wide 110cm deep 175cm deep at the chaise 70cm high The Mrs is asking for new interior, hence it is looking for a new home. Asking price is 900 for quick sale given the huge discount to a new sofa (selling at 80% off its new value).
