3" Untreated Decorative Wooden Post Ball and Colllar Finial

1 x Untreated, decorative ball and collar finials manufactured from slow grown pine. Sizes to suit 3" posts. Also available to suit 4" posts. Timber is a living organism and is prone to natural movement due to moisture content within the timber. This causes stress within the timber which results in natural splitting to occur. Hand carved in Tanzania, we used them throughout our travels for over a year, and have used them both inside and out every since in the UK. They consist of one piece of wood which is the leg and the seat - this fits through a slot in the bigger, carved piece which forms the back. They are INCREDIBLY comfortable, sturdy yet highly portable. West African hand carved hardwood seated male figure. 16" high. Heavy hard wood, nice colour. A hand carved figure of a man with his hand on his chin from West Africa. Overall height 16 inches. I don't know what the wood is but it's a heavy hard wood. It has a very nice colour, and seems to have some age to it. Some signs of wear, probably from polishing. Collection from Nonington CT15 4HY

  Treated Wooden Ball Finial & Plinth For 3"

TREATED WOODEN BALL FINIAL AND PLINTH TO FIT 3" FENCE POSTS I have 2 Finials and 2 Plinth/Bases available. These were purchased to attach to our replacement Fence Posts. However, due to a change of garden design, we used alternative posts and hence, these items were not used. They have been stored in the Garage and still remain in NEW/Excellent Condition. The cost detailed in this listing is for ONE Wooden Ball Finial and ONE Wooden Base.   I have 2 sets available and if you wish to purchase more than one, I shall be happy to combine the cost of P&P. NB: These do NOT come with a screw to attach the two items to the Fence Post. The size of the Plinth/Base is 4" square and designed to fit a 3"(75mm) Wooden Fence Post.
