The Hamax Siesta On Frame Children's bike seat is a great way to carry your child safely on your bicycle. It is appropriate from 9 months to about 5 years old (- until child weighs 22 kg). You can tilt the seat backwards (max 20°) which is really handy if your child gets tired and needs to fall asleep (as Jack did on many occasions!). The suspended fastening bracket gives the child bike seat excellent springing that takes the bumps out of the ride and protects the child’s spine. Backets attach to the adult bicycle to hold the seat securely in place. We have 2 lockable brackets included in this sale as we shared taking Jack to and from nursery. We used it all year round The fastening straps are easy to use. It's possible to secure the extra chest buckle with one hand which makes it easier to keep the bike steady. I custom made a high visibility backing to the seat for extra for extra safety. It's easy to remove this if you do not want it!
