My name is Michael Rogers and I am a guitar tutor working out of my home in Wallisdown (although I can travel to any location in Poole/Bournemouth for an additional charge - see pricing below). I offer guitar lessons for people of all ages. I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate allowing me to work with children under 18yrs old. I do not teach grades, classical guitar or how to read music but instead I teach the way I learnt to play - learning chords, how to read and write guitar tab, how to tune a guitar, how to play basic songs and the skills needed to go away and learn songs yourself. No prior knowledge is necessary, these lessons are for absolute beginners! Lessons will be structured around you so you can learn at your own pace. Students must be willing to learn and have a keen interest in music and guitar. If you don't own a guitar, one can be provided for you, perfect for trying out a new hobby! WHERE DO I HOLD MY LESSONS?
