This is caused by a loose bolt on the bottom that will not tighten any further than the picture provided. Pretty sure it could be fixed by someone who knows what they're doing! I've had this chair for 2 years and I don't have any use for it anymore. It's a very comfortable chair and is great for gaming or people who are going to be sitting in it all day! As you can see from the photos it does have a few slight tares on the seat but that's the only problem with the chair.
