A very useful, versatile numnah which can be used on its own or with a HiWither pad if preferred. Made in a 5oz quilt with our Classic wool on the underside against the horse's back. No collars. The Velcro straps attach the D rings on the saddle. Can be used with most saddles and works particularly well with close contact saddles. QUILT The quilted fabric Griffin NuuMed use in all their products is produced especially for us using carefully selected polycotton drill and various weights/densities of wadding. The heavier the weight, the thicker the wadding. The quilted fabric used in each NuuMed product, in conjunction with other components, is selected to ensure optimum product performance. We currently use quilt material made with the following wadding weights: 5oz - used in the majority of NuuMed numnahs and saddlepads. Has a very smart ‘chicken wire' design 9oz - used in selective product lines. Has vertical stitching pattern. 12oz duvet - offers very good levels of protection. Looks dense and ‘fluffy'. Vertical stitching design. 12oz stack - more compact than duvet. Very effective. Vertical stitching. 440g (approx 15.5oz) - our "Euro" quilt has an extra layer of wadding creating a firm, dense quilt but without any bulk. Visually similar to the 5oz. WOOL There are four densities of top quality 100% British wool used in NuuMed products. All the wool used is the same - but is woven onto a cotton yarn in varying densities. The different densities have been chosen for use by NuuMed to ensure optimum product performance. Once the wool is on the backing, it is then trimmed to NuuMed's required length. Wool densities used by NuuMed: • Lightweight - quality, less densely woven wool creating a soft, lighter weight finish. Trimmed to approx 1" in length • Classic - the original NuuMed wool. Hi Wither Griffin numnah in black. Some modification done as has short straps that go round D ring and the girth strap is higher and goes round saddle. Think it might be close contact as quite forward cut.   Measures just over 21inchs along spine. Got grey horse so comes complete with hair! Genuine Griffin Hi Wither glad pad Beas used on my daughters pony about half a dozen times. We no longer use half pads, nor do we have the pony any longer and it's far too nice to sit in my tack room. It's a size medium and was used with a size 16.5 saddle. All tags intact and it has been freshly washed. Very nice condition and someone will get a bargain as these are expensive brand new. Great for everyday use.   Now the boring bit. Payment please within 24 hours of sale ending. I always obtain proof of posting but I cannot be held responsible for goods going missing in the post after they have left me.   I do endeavour to list all goods accurately but am only human and do make the odd mistake.
