Handsome dapple grey thoroughbred gelding for sale. Casper is a project horse as he is green in the school, has mainly hacked, said to have cubbed/hunted two or three times with previous owner. He doesn’t have any vices and has never raced. Will load to travel and lives in or out. Has lived with geldings and in mixed herd. He can be handled by a novice person but is not a first horse/novice ride as he does fidget and can be spooky hacking alone. Max is a beautiful big horse who has had a bad start In life and for this reason needs someone who is a confident and an experienced horse owner. Max is anyone’s ride and never puts a foot wrong once in the saddle however needs brought back into work due to personal circumstances. Max is very friendly once he gets to know someone and once he knows he can trust you he is the perfect gentleman however he needs someone with experience and patience with thoroughbreds who understands what he has been through. Loves to jump, school/ dressage and hack out. Beautiful paces Max is used to spending his summers outside,he doesn’t enjoy being cold so enjoys being brought in at winter time and rugged up with a feed and net. Max is a wimp in the field and gets anxious being a lone so would need a friendly companion. He is the weakling in the field and is very friendly with any horse we have paired him with. Would love someone to either enjoy max as a companion or to be steadily brought back into work. Currently kept barefoot however would need to have shoes on if riding outside a soft school as he has typical TB feet. Max is great with farrier and vet. Has had teeth done as thought abscess on side of face was tooth related but it's external only. Still not fully healed so hasn't been ridden here really. HONEST ADVERT: NO NOVICES PROJECT OR COMPANION With a heavy heart I offer my boy for sale. 6 y/o 14.2 cob gelding, true gentleman on the ground. The most beautiful temperament and loves a cuddle. Brilliant with the farrier and dentist, loves a bath / groom and stands to be clipped. Comes to call. Great to lead not strong or bolshy, never reared bitten or kicked. Passported and chipped. Everything up to date. He would make the perfect companion and while he is currently stabled at night he will happily live out. Very easy to keep and not fussed either way.:-) Ridden he needs a confident, experienced rider with knowledge of youngsters as he is a real worrier in our school. He is very nervous and will rush or buck under the saddle if he's unsure what's being asked. Benefits from being lunged lightly beforehand. After a few minutes and some reassurance he calms down and he tries his best. Forward going. He will pop a small jump. He would benefit from a routine if you choose to bring him back into work. His back has been checked with no problem. Sadly I have neither the time nor the experience to give this special boy what he deserves. He is so loving and has so much to give. I've had this pony a few months. Bought him with the intention of bringing him on. But due to recent changes I don't have the time. He's 6 yrs old and a real dope on a rope. Nothing bothers him and will hack for hours. He is up to date with everything. Will be fussed and groomed for ages. He's would make a stunning show pony. Full feathers. I have clipped them off by personal choice but will grow back lovely if you want. So he is very green in the school. He's quite lazy and will throw a small buck if made to move to fast.
