DIY livery/grazing Chatteris/March/Whittlesey/Coates/Guyhirn

Just putting feelers out but in the coming months I'll be looking for grazing for my mare out towards Whittlesey, Coates, March and that way. Between Ramsey and Guyhirn. I don't need a stable but it would be beneficial. Good grazing that doesn't turn to a mud bath in the winter would be a bonus. Safe fencing or a safe perimeter that I can put my own fencing up is a must. Running water is also a must. She also needs the company of other horses but I turn her out on her own. I don't need anything all singing all dancing and I don't do 'yard politics'!!! Good hacking is required but road work is not an issue ???? Please don't suggest any stupidly expensive livery yards as thats not what I'm looking for but thank you ?? I would also consider a confident capable sharer for hacking ONLY (I prefer to keep the schooling to myself so as not to confuse her as she is still young in mind at 8 years old and sensitive) maximum weight of stone Please drop me a message if you know of anywhere that may be suitable.
