Grazing land wanted or quiet DIY livery

Looking grazing land for long term rent for two horses or willing to share with someone else and in that case would only need space for one. I am near holywell green/elland so close to there but don't mind a short travel I.e scapegoat hill/ bolster moor/ scammonden or Outlane etc. Grazing in this area is proving difficult to find so considering a quiet DIY livery but would need help with turning out/bringing in as I work awkward shifts. Unless it's 24hr turnout. Any suggestions considered. - Ideally close to off road hacking -Stable/shelter would be a bonus but if not permission to put a temporary one up. -water system or access would be helpful -An exercise area would be a huge bonus but i may be dreaming. Hi I am soon hoping to re-home a pony or horse from Hope Pastures charity based in Leeds. For me to be considered for re-homing I need to have a home ready for my horse or pony.
