GORGEOUS COUNTRY FARMHOUSE PINE WELSH DRESSER

This is a Professionally "Upcycled" truly impressive piece of furniture of which the photo’s do not do it justice. Many hours were spent on bringing this lovely piece of furniture back to life.The drawers and doors were removed, sanded, prepared then hand painted in Annie Sloan “Old Ochre” which is a creamy "off White".The main body of the unit has also been sanded and prepared then hand painted in Annie Sloan "Old Ochre". The paintwork was very lightly distressed and given a Polyvine "Wax Varnish" (which gives it the look & feel of wax but with the durability of varnish). The worktop has been taken back to bare wood, sanded, given our own "Antique" stain then 5 coats of varnish for durability. It would take “Pride of place” in any room it is placed in, a lovely looking piece in very good condition. *As with all "pre-loved" pieces of furniture, they do have a History and may have the odd minor mark or ding but we feel this just ads to the charm and character of the piece* Delivery by Courier can be arranged for this item, please contact us for info. For sale is this beautiful genuine vintage Ercol dresser. It's a lovely solid characterful piece with bags of character and charm. It's been hand painted in Autentico's neutral with light distress. Super clean inside and out and the top comes off for transport. Dimensions are Height 170 Width 147 Depth 51 all cms All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to the their originality and style. Welsh dresser in pine, Pine Welsh dresser, hand-made by a local wood carving/furniture making business (see picture of drawing). The wood was treated with the same varnish used at Hampton Court Palace, where the company used to restore and care for the Royal furniture. Dimensions: L 156cm H 196cm D48cm Difficult to show the real colour of the wood in the pictures, as they come out darker. So I have taken some while the sun was shining on it, which I am happy to forward.The dresser splits into 2 to carry: the heavier bottom half with drawers and storage, and the lighter top, linked together at the back. There are no deep marks nor scratches on the surface, only some signs of wear & tear on the inside of the big drawers, a chip on the bottom panel at floor level on the left hand side (see picture) and a small dent - both due to house move. 5ft Pine Welsh Dresser, pot dresser with two drawers

This Solid pine Welsh dresser was made for me in the s by a local pine shop. It is 5ft wide. the base is open at the bottom, which is why it is a Welsh pot dresser with 2 drawers over. The base is 29.5" high, the top is 42" high. The base and top are not joined together at all, making it easier for transporting. The top of the base does have some water marks but to my mind this just adds to it's charm, Only selling because we have changed our taste in decor and this no longer fits with our design. Unlike flatpack furniture this item is a solid piece and will never date and can be passed down through the generations. This is quite a beautiful piece which has been painted in Annie Sloan Paloma and glazed to add this vintage look. The base unit comprises of 2 cupboards with shelving in each for extra storage and 4 drawers with carved fronts. Top has been sanded down and re-stained in dark oak which compliments rest of the piece beautifully. The top unit has two opened shelves and two display cupboards with leaded glass doors.
