Alby is 16HH thoroughbred X warmblood handsome delight who has just turned 7. Unfortunately we do not have the time to give him the attention that he deserves. As such, Alby has been used as a happy hacker and only lightly schooled- he is capable of so much more than is. He is a very affectionate horse who loves attention and to be fussed. He is great to catch, handle and shoe. He can occasionally take a while to load and has never been clipped. As Alby has not been exposed to a great deal he can sometimes be a little babyish about new things, he therefore is not a novice ride. However, he is an exceptionally quick learner and soon overcomes any nerves! He is a striking horse and will only go to a 5* home. He is very loved and will be greatly missed. Jester is a 17 (just turned) year old bay gelding who has previously been used in a riding school. Jester will jump natural and coloured fences and has previously completed in local riding club shows in both dressage and show jumping. Hacks alone and in company. Wasn't great in traffic when I first brought him, however I've introduced him to it and is no longer a problem. Will happily stand for hours and be groomed. He's started some dressage with myself and progressing quite nicely. Up to date with teeth, back, vacs, feet and worm. Clean limbed. No sarcoids. Heartbreaking sale of my much loved 6 year old, 16.3, Belgium Warmblood x Paint Jasper is a lovely horse but is NOT a novice ride. His flat work is coming along amazingly and came 3rd in his first ever competition. He started jumping Feb and has had a couple of months off, he's now ready to start again, he's jumped up to 3ft under saddle, but is still green with his jumping. Jasper has done a small amount of xc with me but hasn't been without company. Jasper loves hacking and going for a good gallop but sadly he does NOT hack alone, he's never strong or silly when hacking out but needs a condfident rider so he can relax and be calm when out hacking

Gorgeous 16.3hh thoroughbred mare

Gorgeous thoroughbred mare for sale through no fault of her own. She will only go to a 5* home as she is very special!! 14 years old, raced once as a youngster. Has a scar on back leg from an accident 10 years ago so could not do showing sadly, but it does not effect her soundness or ability in any way. Jumps anything you face her at, showjumping and cross country, is bold and scopey. She is good under saddle, however not suitable for a novice as she is forward going and can be impatient. A novice has ridden her previously however she was in regular work & at the moment is only being ridden as and when. Lovely big shoulders and big movements, she is soooo comfy and feels safe because there is so much in front of you, she feels powerful - someone will have a cracking horse! However, all the good parts aside, she is the grumpiest mare I've ever met.... she is not one bit affectionate, she will threaten to kick you if you touch her past her shoulders. However tacking her up and rugging her is generally not an issue. She treats me with respect as she knows she cannot push me around, but other people on the yard I have to be careful off as she will take the mickey if they try to stroke her etc. She has never actually kicked me, it's just a threaten but I would not want to say that she will never kick you as I've never put myself in that position. Good as gold out hacking etc, not spooky. Good to load and travel, and stands patiently at shows. I'm happy to have multiple viewings on her before you decide if you'd like her but sadly I'm not in the position to offer a trial period sadly.
