Toulouse has had a rough start to life. he was tied up on a chain for most of his life, barely fed or watered, kicked and beaten. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to sell my pet chihuahua, he is such a good puppy, loves children, being petted, is very calm and never barks. He has blue eyes and is only little, not expected to grow much taller. He's very affectionate, with a very good temperament. Loves his cuddles. He's had his needles and has been chipped. He's a family pet, born on 1st November , still only a puppy, so sad to see him go.
