Curved front of glass tank. Could be used for a fish but I cannot guarantee it is still water tight as my pets did enjoy chewing some of the sealant at the edges on the inside, you can easily reseal it though. Overall the item is in very good condition, it does have some chips around the top part of the stand (Please refer to pictures for condition) this was caused by are removable company when we relocated up north. The glass tank does separate from the stand so can be used separately if wanted. Large Cracked Fish Tank - Great for Gerbils in Sheffield

The tank has 2 cracks on the base, they run from front to back and go into the silicone so are secure. I have applied pressure from both sides of the base and it is completely secure. No use for fish in current state as it is leaking at a very slow trickle. You could replace base if you know how. The Glass has not shattered anywhere on the base into smaller pieces, so in completely rodent safe. This tank is a perfect size for a pair of gerbils, dwarf hamsters or mice. I have kept a trio and numerous pairs of gerbils in these types of tanks in the past with premade toppers. You could do the same or make custom lid or topper. It is a good size of 30 inches long, 12 inches deep and 15 inches high. This equates to 20 and a bit UK Gallons which is a great size for just a pair without any topper, which you could add later. Will be adding better photos soon.
