Cob in Swansea
Kate is a 14,3 hh six year old welsh cob part breed (mum 's welsh cob, dad,s gypsy cob in the six years l've had kate we have been to loca shows, we have won some rosettes awarded in the "in hand and ridden " classes. We have taken part in local hunts in and around the swansea area. Kate is up to date with all her injections and dentist work, she enjoys going for rides down by the river and is comfortable in and out of the water,Kate is also happy to ride up the mountain. I have done some road work with her and she prefers company while out on the roads she is fine with cars, vans and busses but is nervous around lorries with air breaks (she requires reassurance to ride past lorries that wait patiently).in the school she is very forward going, she will walk, trot and canter. She will also go over jumps but is a novice at jumping and requires further schooling, she is very quick and willing to lean. Kate has travelled in a trailer on few occasions, she's not particularly happy getting on the trailer but once on she travels fine (I've always managed to get her on with reassurance) I have on concerns when it comes to her routine appointment with the farrier, dentist, vet and also when she's been clipped.we have a large family with children as young as 7 up to 14 years old, one of which has learning difficulties and all have been around kate when mucking out, cleaning, pampering etc. Kate requires an experienced rider as she 's very forward going requires the reassurance mentioned above. Reason for selling: my home life commitment are becoming ever more demanding with being a full - time carer and my husbands contracted hours at work being changed. I'm just not going to be able to maintain and ride her as she deserves.Any more information please inbox me thanks For any more information and I have loads of videos and extra photos if Interested
