I have for sale a grandfather clock which I understand is about 150 years old if not more. It has a gilt lacquered finish which needs some restoration but the silvered face has recently been re-done, I think in and serviced about the same time by Mr Ellis of Lincoln.. and was in working order then. This is a gilt ormolu brass figural clock featuring a seated woman. The clock is currently not running however the mechanism could be serviced or replaced.
